Originally from the Central NY area. Katie graduated high school in Homer, NY and attended Towson University where she received Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, with a minor in Spanish. Then she attended King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA for her Master of Science in PA Studies.
After PA School she returned to her hometown to work at the Cortland Health Center. She worked in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine from 2004-2017.
She joined the PA department in 2017. She has worked intermittently per diem in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine for the last several years.
Also proud member of NYSSPA, where she has been on the board in various roles since 2023. Currently serving as secretary.
