The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program
Our small class sizes allow you to collaborate closely with your peers and receive exceptional guidance from experienced practicing FNP faculty. Also, on-campus attendance is only required once per week (Mondays) to accommodate our students who are committed working professionals.
The FNP program requires a total of 46 credits including 810 clinical hours. Based on your experience, we offer three distinct options for completing the program: (1) Two Year, Full-Time, (2) Three Year, Part-Time and (3) a Post-Master鈥檚 Certificate.

FNP to DNP Pathway
This curriculum is designed for those who hold a bachelor鈥檚 degree in nursing. It鈥檚 a direct-entry pathway to a doctoral degree for those who don鈥檛 have a master鈥檚 degree and require a more robust program of study. This pathway includes 810 hours of clinical practice that is embedded into the program of study.
Partnership with the Caring Gene庐 Career Pathways Training Program
Through this partnership, eligible New York state residents and residents of certain bordering states full coverage of tuition, books, and academic fees while pursuing their degree.
Healthcare Opportunities for Professional and Educational Success (HOPES)
The Healthcare Opportunities for Professional and Educational Success (HOPES) program strengthens the regional healthcare workforce by supporting students pursuing graduate-level health professions education 鈥� with particular focus on communities that have been historically underserved.
Advanced healthcare training can present real challenges. HOPES helps students navigate and overcome barriers such as:

Graduates receive a M.S. in Nursing, FNP certification and will be eligible to sit for national certification.
