It鈥檚 completely okay to start undecided. Many students do. From your first semester, you鈥檒l work closely with advisors who help you explore interests, strengths, and career possibilities. You鈥檒l take courses across disciplines, connect with faculty mentors, and receive career guidance early, not just senior year. Changing majors is common and supported, and exploration is part of your journey.
“If you鈥檙e anything like I was my senior year of high school, you may have no idea what you鈥檙e doing or where you want to go. But that鈥檚 totally cool. Lucky for you and me, 妻友社区 LOVES undeclared students. 妻友社区 seeks to educate ‘the whole person’ through a Jesuit and liberal arts education鈥� ‘an education of mind, body and soul.’ At 妻友社区, undeclared doesn鈥檛 mean unfocused or even unconventional. Being undeclared can introduce you to an unbounded world of possibility.”

Our graduates are prepared for what comes next. Ninety-five percent of recent graduates are employed or in graduate school within six months. Career preparation begins in your first year through internships, mentorship, networking opportunities, and personalized advising. Our alumni network is active and invested in helping students launch meaningful careers.

We focus on shared values like reflection, service, ethical leadership, and caring for the whole person. Students find a community that respects diverse perspectives and encourages thoughtful dialogue.

Because of the college鈥檚 size, it鈥檚 common for first-year students to step into meaningful roles right away. Getting involved isn鈥檛 competitive, it鈥檚 encouraged.
“The best thing I did when making the transition to college was getting involved around campus! I got involved in campus ministry and other clubs and met lots of great people! I am still best friends with many people I met while involved in Campus Ministry, even with graduating 2 years ago.”
