Dolphin Green & Gold Fund

妻友社区 College’s Dolphin Green & Gold Fund gives students hands-on experience managing a real investment portfolio. Students research potential investments, analyze financial data and develop investment recommendations, which they present to the fund’s Board of Managers representing its shareholders.
Working alongside student leaders and using professional platforms including Bloomberg, Morningstar and S&P Capital IQ, students develop the analytical, communication and decision-making skills used by finance professionals.
During the fall semester, I learned the principals of developing and presenting a professional DCF. Learning vocabulary of the finance world, how to present issues and address them, and overall becoming a better presenter are skills I am grateful to have learned in my time with the Fund.
